LLP "QazAlPack"
Qazalpack is the only company in Central Asia that manufactures complete sets of aluminum cans and lids for beverages, with a production capacity of up to 750 million sets per year.
The project is unique for Kazakhstan and implementation of the project has reduced by 80% the dependence of manufacturers on external suppliers. The project is implemented under the programme ‘Economy of Simple Things’ with the support of JSC Halyk Bank Kazakhstan (1st and 2nd stage) and JSC Industrial Development Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan (3rd stage).
The production process utilises some of the most modern and efficient technologies in the world. Thus, we can proudly say that our products are manufactured in one of the most modern beverage can factories in Central Asia.
With a plant building area of over 34,000 square metres, the aluminium cans on the production line, go through 13 production operations and a number of quality inspection systems. Thanks to our fully automated production and measuring equipment, the production process runs at an incredible speed. As a result, at the end of the process, the perfect product reaches the consumer.

Grand Opening
We are pleased to announce that today, 21.10.2022, on the eve of the Republic Day, the grand opening of our first in Central Asia plant for the production of sets of aluminium cans and ends took place. To implement the project, an investment contract was concluded with the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, crediting was allocated under the programme ‘Economy of Simple Things’. Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Kairbek Uskenbayev, Shymkent Akim Murat Aitenov and representatives of the Industrial Development Committee, Entrepreneurship Development Fund ‘Damu’, SPK Shymkent took part in the opening ceremony of our plant.

In August 2023, we successfully completed the process of increasing our production capacity, allowing us to significantly increase the production volume of our aluminium cans. This milestone reflects our continued commitment to excellence and growth, as well as our readiness to meet the growing demand for our products. Successful testing of new metal for aluminium cans!
We are pleased to share some amazing news! In September 2023, our plant successfully completed the testing of a thinner metal for the production of our aluminium cans. This important step in the development of our production opens up new perspectives for us in terms of innovation and product quality. By using thinner metal, we will be able to reduce the weight of our cans, which will not only allow us to improve the economic efficiency of production, but also make our products more convenient for consumers.
